Job Summary 

The marketing representative will be responsible for market-focused research (Customer Satisfaction Survey, Brand Track, Competitive Satisfaction Survey, and others as needed) 

Duties & Responsibilities 

Implement market strategies to create awareness and direct execution of POSM in the retail base. 

Oversee the production of all promotional materials and market campaigns, ensuring brand consistency. 

Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness. 

Liaise with local vendors to execute promotional campaigns and events.   

Plan & execute marketing campaigns on social media to encourage customers and people to like and follow up on company channels. 

Analyze market brand trends and competitors' activity/ methods to identify opportunities. 

Monitor day-to-day brand visibility and report writing. 

Coordinate with sales teams to develop targeted places and markets and support them with appropriate marketing tools. 

Other tasks assigned by the direct line Manager. 

Job Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 

2 years of related working experience. 

Familiarity with Ms. Office programs (Excel and PowerPoint). 

Able to travel to the districts.  

Good communication skills and nice behavior to convince customers and retailers. 

Able to control multiple concurrent projects to deadline. 

Strong attention to detail and organization. 

Focus on Personal, team, and company goals. 

Team working ability.
