| Job Summary: |
| Responsible for designing and producing high-quality motion graphics and animated advertisement concepts for the company’s digital and broadcast platforms. The Motion Graphic Designer transforms creative ideas into visually compelling animation pieces that enhance brand communication and marketing campaigns. |
| Job Responsibilities: |
| – Develop creative animation concepts for marketing and promotional videos.
– Design and animate motion graphics for advertising, explainer videos, and social media content. – Use Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender for 2D/3D motion design and animation. – Integrate and edit video elements using Adobe Premiere Pro. – Design visual assets and illustrations with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. – Create character-based animations using Adobe Character Animator. – Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute storytelling ideas. – Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand identity across all animated content. – Manage project timelines and deliver animations within deadlines. – Render and optimize final outputs for multiple formats and platforms. – Prepare and optimize final outputs for social media, TV, and digital publishing. – Any other task assigned by the line manager. |
| Job Requirements: |
| – Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related creative field. (master’s degree will be preferred).
– Must have 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience (1 year of experience for a master's degree). – Fluent in one of the local languages (Dari or Pashto) and English (written and spoken). – Must have good knowledge of computer programs (Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Character Animator). – Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver high-quality results. – Hard-working. – Good communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work under pressure. – Able to travel to other provinces and work extra hours. – Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks, environments, and schedules. – Follow the company's rules and policies. |
