| The VAS Senior Specialist is dedicated to creating and optimizing a portfolio of value-added products that enrich the customer journey. This includes working closely with vendors, marketing, and solutions that support competitive advantage and operational excellence. |
| Job Responsibilities: |
| – Work with third-party vendors and service providers to maintain VAS revenue and payments.
– Prepare the revenue reports as required. – Constantly report the payment progress to all stakeholders. – Process the ATRA short codes related to all VAS services and other teams. – Prepare the monthly report for all VAS services to the HQ Finance department. – Process the agreement of the VAS service. – File all VAS documents accordingly (PCN, Agreements). – Respond to the assigned ATRA letters. – Any other duties assigned by the line manager. |
| Job Requirements: |
| – Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a relevant field (master's degree will be preferred).
– Must have 4 to 5 years relevant work experience with at least 3 years proven experience in a senior or managerial role within the relevant field. (3 years’ experience for a master's degree). – Fluent in one of the local languages (Dari, Pashto) and English (written and spoken). – Advanced proficiency in relevant software, tools, and technology specific to the role. (Especially Microsoft Office packages) – Strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. – Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver high-quality results. – Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and lead the team through transitions and challenges effectively. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work under pressure. – Able to travel to other provinces and work extra hours. – Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address and resolve complex issues. – Follow the company's rules and policies.
