| Job Summary: |
| The Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining web-based applications, portals, and digital platforms used by the company and its customers. The Web Developer designs and implements secure, responsive, and user-friendly web applications that support internal systems and external digital services. This role works closely with backend developers, system administrators, and business teams to implement system features, integrate web applications with databases and APIs, and ensure optimal performance across different browsers and devices. |
| Job Responsibilities: |
| – Design, develop, and maintain company web applications and online platforms.
– Implement front-end interfaces using modern web technologies. – Develop backend services and integrate web applications with databases and APIs. – Ensure websites and applications are responsive, secure, and high-performing. – Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of web applications. – Collaborate with designers and developers to implement system features. – Maintain and update existing web systems and applications. – Document development processes and application changes. – Participate in application testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements to maintain stable and reliable web services. – Write efficient and reusable code design. – Customize ERPNext through the custom application, meeting the client’s requirements. – Manage updates and upgrades of the ERPNext system for existing projects. – Ensure a smooth transition for current customizations with upgrades of Frappe and ERPNext. – Build full applications on the Frappe framework from scratch as per project requirements. – Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager. |
| Job Requirements: |
| – Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field. (master's degree will be preferred)
– Must have 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience (2 years’ experience for a master's degree). – Fluent in one of the local languages (Dari, Pashto) and English (written and spoken) – Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, Laravel, and CodeIgniter frameworks. – Solid understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design. – Experience with RESTful APIs, relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). – Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus. – Proficient in version control systems, such as Git and GitHub. – Familiarity with current ERPNext features and functionalities. – Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver high-quality results. – Hard-working, good communication, and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work under pressure. – Able to travel to other provinces and work extra hours. – Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks, environments, and schedules. – Follow the company's rules and policies.Follow the company's rules and policies. |
