–      Assist with client services as needed.

–      Provide help and advice to customers using the organization's products and services.

–      Identify customer problems and promote sales.

–      Liaise with the customer within the given SLA.

–      Process and escalate the customer complaints, problems, issues, requests, etc. within the given SLA.

–      Inform and update the customer after successful service and get their feedback, if any.

–      Meet both SIM & recharge targets monthly.

–      Submit daily sales reports to the line manager.

–      Work with the team to create a pleasant working environment.

–      Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

–      Ensure to follow the ATRA rules and regulations while selling the SIMs in the open market.

–      Submit the SAF on time to SAF management and update the record of SAF submission.

–      Offer/inform the customer about new promotions and services.

–      Providing overall service, sales, marketing, and customer care.

–      Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

–      1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

–      Fluent in local languages, both written and spoken (Dari or Pashto) & good understanding of the English language.

–      Have knowledge of computer programs (especially office packages).

–      Demonstrates a strong work ethic.

–      Possesses excellent communication skills.

–      Upholds integrity and honesty.

–      Capable of performing well under pressure.

–      Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during work.

–      Willingness to travel to other provinces and work additional hours.

–      Adheres to company rules and policies.
