| Job Summary: |
| The Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support marketing campaigns. This role requires strong storytelling skills, creativity, and an understanding of digital marketing trends. |
| Job Responsibilities: |
| – Create compelling content for social media, website, blogs, TV campaigns, newsletters, and marketing materials.
– Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. – Produce written, visual, and video content that engages target audiences. – Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to create campaign-related content. – Research industry trends, customer interests, and competitor activities to generate relevant content ideas. – Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely content delivery. – Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement. – Support brand-building initiatives through creative storytelling and audience engagement. – Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels. – Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager. |
| Job Requirements: |
| – Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
– Must have 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience. – Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. – Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends. – Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools. – Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. – Fluent in local languages (Dari, Pashto) and English (written and spoken). – Must have good knowledge of computer programs (especially office packages). – Demonstrates a strong work ethic. – Possesses excellent communication skills. – Upholds integrity and honesty. – Capable of performing well under pressure. – Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during work. – Willingness to travel to other provinces and work additional hours. – Adheres to company rules and policies. |
