| Job Summary: |
| The Merchandiser ensures effective product placement, brand visibility, and promotional execution across retail outlets and field locations. This role involves implementing merchandising strategies, arranging product displays according to brand guidelines, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and collecting market feedback to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and strengthen the company’s brand presence. |
| Job Responsibilities: |
| – Ensure effective product placement and displays according to brand guidelines.
– Execute marketing and promotional campaigns at point-of-sale locations. – Collect and report market feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities. – Maintain brand compliance for all displays, signage, and promotional materials. – Support in-store promotions, product launches, and marketing events. – Identify and resolve issues related to displays, promotions, or product availability. – Any other duties assigned by the line manager. |
| Job Requirements: |
| – High school graduate (bachelor's degree is preferred).
– 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. – Fluent in one of the local languages, both written and spoken (Dari or Pashto) & good understanding of the English language. – Have knowledge of computer programs (especially office packages). – Demonstrates a strong work ethic. – Possesses excellent communication skills. – Upholds integrity and honesty. – Capable of performing well under pressure. – Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during work. – Willingness to travel to other provinces and work additional hours. – Adheres to company rules and policies. |
