| Job Summary: |
| The Product Officer – Data and Devices supports the development of product concepts, product memo, strategy implementation, execution, and performance across all customer lifecycle initiatives. This role assists in the execution of the departmental KPIs, including customer engagement, customer retention, ARPU, and Usage growth. |
| Job Responsibilities: |
| – Responsible for product innovation and process improvements of the consumer and enterprise segments.
– Responsible for developing the Product Concept Note (PCN) and Products Memos. – Responsible for identifying new product offerings/propositions. – Design product and marketing campaigns aimed at revenue & subscribers’ growth, customer experiences, and AWCC brand leadership. – Manage the marketing information, market & consumer trends, industrial benchmarking, and product offers competitiveness. – Lead the end-to-end business process, from insights & business case to product development, until post-launch product management. – Drive communication to develop the 360 Degrees Campaign and deliver the correct message of the brand. – Actively be involved in initiating new propositions. – Regularly carry out market exposures and share findings with the business team. – Manage and carry out the product performance analysis report on the agreed intervals. – Lease with sales and technology on monitoring the product's performance and supporting the expansion of sales coverage. – Manage product portfolio and marketing reporting in frequently basis to deliver insights on managing the revenues and subscribers. – Perform product UATs, broadcast daily BTL plan, prepare monthly competition benchmarking report, and perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager. |
| Job Requirements: |
| – Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Telecommunication, or a relevant field.
– Must have 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience. – Fluent in one of the local languages (Dari, Pashto), and English (written and spoken) – Must have good knowledge of computer programs (especially office packages). – Strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. – Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver high-quality results. – Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and lead the team through transitions and challenges effectively. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work under pressure. – Able to travel to other provinces and work extra hours. – Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address and resolve complex issues. – Follow the company's rules and policies. |
