| The Regional Commercial Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all commercial administrative activities within the assigned region. The role ensures effective support to sales operations, customer management, contract administration, reporting, revenue tracking, compliance, and commercial process optimization. The incumbent works closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure efficient commercial performance and achievement of business objectives. |
| Job Responsibilities: |
| Commercial Operations Management
– Oversee and manage day-to-day commercial administration activities across the region. – Support regional commercial teams with administrative processes, documentation, and operational coordination. – Monitor commercial performance indicators and provide regular reports to management. – Ensure proper implementation of commercial policies, procedures, and business guidelines. Contract and Documentation Management – Review, maintain, and manage commercial agreements, customer contracts, and supporting documentation. – Ensure contracts are properly filed, tracked, renewed, and archived. – Coordinate with the legal team regarding contractual matters when required. Revenue Administration – Monitor sales transactions, customer activations, and revenue-related records. – Verify commercial data accuracy and ensure timely reporting. – Support revenue assurance initiatives and identify discrepancies affecting commercial performance. – Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance analysis. Customer and Stakeholder Coordination – Coordinate with key customers, distributors, dealers, and business partners regarding commercial matters. – Ensure timely resolution of commercial and administrative issues. – Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Reporting and Analysis – Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial performance reports. – Analyze regional sales trends, customer behavior, and business performance indicators. – Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness. Compliance and Process Improvement – Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. – Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. – Support internal and external audits as required. – Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager. |
| Job Requirements: |
| – Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a relevant field (master's degree will be preferred)
– Must have 6 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years of proven experience in a senior or managerial role within the relevant field. (4 years’ experience for master's degree) – Fluent in one of the local languages (Dari, Pashto), and English (written and spoken) – Advanced proficiency in relevant software, tools, and technology specific to the role. – Relevant certificates will be an asset – Strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. – Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver high-quality results. – Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and lead the team through transitions and challenges effectively. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work under pressure. – Able to travel to other provinces and work extra hours. – Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address and resolve complex issues. – Follow the company's rules and policies. |
