–      Assign tasks to mechanics, electricians, and workshop staff.

–      Ensure timely repair and servicing of all vehicles and equipment.

–      Monitor preventive maintenance schedules for the fleet.

–      Inspect completed repair work for quality and safety compliance.

–      Control and manage spare parts inventory and workshop tools.

–      Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown reports, and service records.

–      Coordinate with the line manager regarding vehicle status.

–      Ensure workshop safety procedures are strictly followed.

–      Control workshop costs and ensure efficient use of resources.

–      Approve repair needs and coordinate external repairs if required.

–      Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

–      Must have 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.

–      Strong knowledge of heavy and light vehicle mechanics.

–      Experience in workshop supervision or team leadership.

–      Good understanding of maintenance systems and spare parts management.

–      Fluent in one of the local languages (Dari, Pashto) and English (written and spoken).

–      Must have good knowledge of computer programs (especially office packages).

–      Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver high-quality results.

–      Hard-working.

–      Good communication and interpersonal skills.

–      Ability to work under pressure.

–      Able to travel to other provinces and work extra hours.

–      Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks, environments, and schedules.

–      Follow the company's rules and policies.
