Together in Afghanistan, in early 2019, AWCC and d.light will launch ‘Cheraghe Khana—The Gift of Light,’ a new service which will provide solar powered lighting solutions to Afghans who do not have access to grid based electrical power. Individuals purchasing the Cheraghe Khana lighting systems can pay for the product using AWCC's My Money mobile payments service—Afghanistan’s largest mobile payments solution.
